Branches
South Africans who join the society automatically become members of a branch, which arranges regular lectures and outings. Volunteers who serve on the branch committees in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban/Pietermaritzburg and Bloemfontein/Kimberley organise the activities.
Institutions and members who live outside South Africa receive all the society’s publications and their interests are catered for on the Council by a Non-Branch Members’ Representative who can be contacted by email through secretary@archaeology.org.za
